EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
(Article 56 of the Russian Federation Labor Code) is
an agreement between an employer and employee (parties to the contract) in accordance with which:

THE EMPLOYER shall

  • provide the employee with a work according to the specified labor function
  • provide necessary working conditions
  • timely and in full amount pay the employee his/her salary

THE EMPLOYEE shall

  • fulfill personally the labor function provided herewith
  • follow the company's current internal labor regulations
