The essential conditions of an
employment contract are the following:
- place of work (with the indication of the structural
subdivision)
- employment commencement date
- name of a position, specialty and profession with the
indication of qualification in accordance with the company's staff
list or a specific labor function (in accordance with the
qualification reference documents approved in the order established
by the Government of the Russian Federation if federal laws provide
for privileges or if there are restrictions for the execution of
work in respect of certain positions, specialties and
professions)
- rights and responsibilities of the employer and employee
- characteristics of working conditions, compensations and
privileges for employees executing work under hard, hazardous
and/or dangerous conditions
- schedule of work and rest (in cases different from general
regulations established in the company)
- salary payment conditions (including base salary rate or
employee's official salary, additional payments, bonuses and
incentive payments), types and conditions of social insurance
directly related to labor activities
The employment contract may also
provide conditions:
- regarding the employee's obligation to work after a training
for a period not less than term provided in the contract if the
training was done at the expense of the employer
- other conditions which do not
worsen the employee's state compared to the employment law,
collective contracts and agreements
