Grounds for termination of an employment contract
(Article 77 of the RFLC)

  • Transfer by request or with consent of the employee to another employer or elective position
  • Refusal of the employee to continue work during the change of the owner, alteration in the company's jurisdiction or its reorganization (Article 75 of the RFLC)
  • Refusal of the employee to continue working due to the changes in essential conditions of the employment contract (Article 73 of the RFLC)
  • Refusal of transfer to another work for health reasons (in accordance with a medical certificate) (Article 72 of the RFLC)
  • Refusal of transfer due to the removal of the employee to another location (Article 72 of the RFLC)
  • Other grounds provided by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and other federal laws, in particular, for educationists (Article 336 of the RFLC), company directors (Article 278 of the RFLC) and employees having a second job
